In our modern day, as pollution becomes an even more pressing matter, it is imperative that we address the core problems in order to debate possible solutions.
We live in an extremely modernized and urbanized society. Going back to our old, non urbanized ways is simply not an option. We need to find ways to make our cities simultaneously more sustainable and modernized. As the population continues to grow at an alarming rate, the agriculture industry and our need for urban expansion is also growing, and with that comes even more pollution and environmental destruction.
With every product you buy, millions of tons of methane and carbon are produced just to get that product on the shelf. Every major city does nearly irreversible environmental damage every day. As delegates, it is your responsibility to create innovative, bold, and effective solutions before it is too late.
It is imperative to remember that we only have one Earth and it is our responsibility to keep it alive.

A phenomenon that only a few years ago seemed impossible and futuristic is now a reality. As AI becomes ever more prominent and developed in education we must find the best way to integrate it into a new way of education.
AI can be used to make education more accessible and personal for each and every student around the globe, but without the proper restrictions and laws we risk ruining life as we know it.
Artists, writers, creators, and students could all be victims of the growth of AI unless we take action and they become better than ever. It is up to us to decide how AI will shape our education system and action must be taken now before it is too late.

The Oil Conflicts
War is over. The messy show of WW2 has reached its finale, but the sun still rises, gleaming on the black oil in the Middle East. ARAMCO, a lucky oil company in Saudi Arabia, has discovered the ridiculously large amount of oil there is hidden just below the surface.
How did such a company come to be? People from around the world, be it foreign governments, businessmen, celebrities, internal politicians, or others all invested in the start-up and now get to reap its success. The only question is this; how does the company move forward? Now that ARAMCO has struck extraordinary wealth, all of these groups have a claim on its future. Representatives of each stakeholder get the opportunity to push their own interests in the world through this committee’s flourishing econo-political landscape.
From different ways of maximising profit to influencing culture and economy to pulling strings and building connections to control the world, anything and everything is on the table for the people involved; the only question is, how much do you value this black gold?

The Siege of Troy: Archaean War Assembly
For 10 years, the greatest army Greece has ever assembled has been stymied on the shores of Troy, unable to break through the mighty walls of Ilium and reclaim Helen.
What was first a quest for honour and glory has turned into a grueling slaughter fueled by the petty whims of the infinitely petty Gods. While mere pawns and toys for the divine, the Achaeans still fight on, fueled by rage, determination, and honour, they throw themselves without fear against the Trojan defenses.
But the will of man is not endless. 10 years of fighting has taken its toll, surrounded by enemies, strained by internal rivalries, and ever haunted by the will of higher powers, the Greek coalition is beginning to collapse. But hope still remains, when the Achaean fleet first assembled they were given an Omen from the mighty Zeus himself, a red serpent that consumed 9 sparrows before being turned to stone, 9 years of grueling fighting before victory on the 10th.
The final year of the war is here one way or another, the question is will the Achaeans find glory and breach the Trojan defenses, or will the omens prove false as the Greek forces shatter upon the Trojan shield?
Wicked: The Emerald City Accords
“Nobody in ALL of Oz, no Wizard that there is, or was, is ever gonna bring me down.” - Elphaba
“Look at her, she’s Wicked! Kill HER!” - Madame Morrible
After many strange, magical events occur across Oz, Madame Morrible and the Wizard identify Elphaba as a dangerous magical extremist who is threatening fellow Ozians.
However, leaked files and documents suggest that the Ozian government is attempting to silence the animals to gain full control over the land of Oz. Elphaba aims to get animals to reclaim their voices and rights through debilitating efforts of convincing the Wizard to free them.
Delegates, you are Ozians in the land of Oz and must decide whether the animals should be locked up in the Wizard’s Kingdom and silenced forever, or be freed and have a voice.
Be warned, there will be munchkins and flying monkeys that will make you question your every move. Trust no one.
Ashes of an Empire
Victory is ours.
Celebration and jubilation sweep over the rolling hills of Great Britain. However, victory comes at a price.
Massive debts have been accumulated in order to fund the war effort, resulting in near bankruptcy. The British government must now save money while attempting to balance three new pressing issues: the war-torn living conditions, unstable and expensive colonies, and the nation's waning power and status.
With no clear answer, the question remains: how will Britain be rebuilt from the ashes of an empire?
Osaka Underworld: The Yakuza That Breathed Fire

The losing hand. — “Good for nothing.” That's what they called them.
As the Allied occupation of Japan had officially ended in 1952, Japan’s economy had taken a significant toll. This was when gangsters from Osaka and Kobe in the west, and Tokyo and Yokohama from the east, banded together to usher in a new life, a good life, that the failed nation could no longer provide for them.
In 1964, Yakuza membership reached 200,000, and the Yamaguchi-gumi was born, a group capable of even making the Prime Minister look powerless. Entertainment districts, gambling dens, casinos, and contracting firms now thrive with the presence of the Yakuza.
Delegates will represent members of gangs, law enforcement, the police force, and political parties, as the Godfather of Osaka’s Underworld, Fukushima Masaru, is assassinated, causing a nationwide power vacuum.
Delegates, in the alleys and neon of postwar Osaka, you will find no mercy — only the ruthless gamble of a city where the yakuza play for keeps, and every hand could be your last.
Simulation Theory: Dawn of a New Humanity
Simulation Theory states that if humanity can create a computer capable of simulating another universe at a 1:1 scale of our own, the chance that we do not exist in a simulation falls to one in infinity.
In the year 2035, a quantum computer capable of that feat has been created, but so far it is a secret from the public. A small committee has been set up to discuss issues from ethics to research potential of this creation. Most concerning to some is this question: if we can’t tell the difference between simulation and reality, do we exist in a simulation ourselves?
Delegates, you have the opportunity to bring humanity into a new age, where simulations make progress faster than ever.
But if you don’t solve these problems and the public finds out, this technology could very well fall into the wrong hands.
